Eric Whiptastic & Mike Wilson’s OGDEN premieres at Royal Flush Film Fest!

14 10 2011

We are reaaaallly f&@!*king excited because Mike Wilson and SNT’s Eric Whiptastic’s short film OGDEN will be premiering at the super sick Royal Flush Film Festival this weekend!

Since 2005, Royal Flush Festival has had a huge audience, rabid for the latest and best in independent film, underground art & rock and roll. Royal Flush Festival is NYC’s unique arts festival, acclaimed by the press for its eclectic choices and punk rock aesthetics. Held every year at New York’s famed Knitting Factory, the RFF is the most-excellent, anticipated & must-see event of the entire year!

Ogden is an original dark comedy directed by Eric Whiptastic, starring Mike Wilson (who also did the music!), that was written by Eric and Mike. It follows Ogden Mills, a man who is trapped in a land that looks all too familiar, yet remains strange. As he stumbles through the side streets of Brooklyn he falls deeper and deeper into confusion…

This is a big deal for Mike, Eric, and of course SUGAR -N- THUNDER. They’re also prettyyyy psyched to premiere this short on the same weekend as one of Giraffes guitarist Damien Paris’ films (!!!), and the same night as the sure-to-be-awesome real life Warriors doc, Rubble Kings, that plays before the Sunday Shorts. Come to The Knit and check this shit out! Details are on the Royal Flush website HERE.

Don’t forget to like RFF and Ogden on Facebook!
