A few months ago I filmed a couple of live performances at Trashion, the art gallery created out of NYC based performer Miz Metro’s vision of “recycled themed art-edgy” … art. (I would go into more detail but I think I’ll leave that one up to Audrey and her pending QROmag business ventures.) For those who are like ‘hey asshole stop being an asshole, gimmie a link or something so I know what the hell you’re talking about if I didn’t already know, but your mention has sparked my interest while I am reading your post but I promise not to go to any other pages until I finish reading here first.’ You can check out her myspace here for more info, and watch her music video for her song also titled ‘Trashion.’
Alright and to my point.. stated lightheartedly in the title…
The live performances at Trashion deserve a notable mention. And by notable mention I mean watch these vidz.
Here we have Lorrie Doriza with some freaky, skillin, overdubbing-looping vocal action.
You can watch the rest of Lorrie’s performance at Trashion here.
To end the night, Consider the Source (a band that if you’re missing out on, you’re missing out on life… possibly afterlife), were taken by surprize when THIS HAPPENED, watch:
I was as shocked (and aroused) as you are right now, I honestly have no idea who that guy was.. so don’t ask.
…And to lead you off into a pleasant post S-N-T afterglow, enjoy this video from Consider the Source taped earlier that night.
